Pre and Post Natal Care

The feeling of carrying a little soul within you is magnificent.
If you are expecting a little one here is our pre and post natal care exercises for the safe landing of the baby into the world !!
Pre natal means care during the pregnancy period of 9 months as the body begins to undergo a lot of physical changes as a way to accommodate the growing baby.
Post natal means care after the pregnancy for the mother and the child as well.
This includes baby holding positions, baby feeding positions, fitness of a mother and a development of a child.
This is necessary because a moment a child is born the mother is also born.
Earlier she existed as a woman; a mother is something absolutely new for her.
